Kadá brings together creative people from Spanish-speaking countries, mostly Colombia, to exchange knowledge, learn from mentors, and build lasting friendships. We come from different backgrounds. What connects us is a willingness to share and help one another.

Our main gathering is a three-day, invitation-only meeting. We also meet informally throughout the year to keep learning, sharing, and enjoying each other’s company.

An invitation-only mutual improvement movement, founded in 2012 by Andrés Felipe Giraldo, Catalina Hoyos, and Mario Chamorro.

Our founders looked for people who are great at what they do, open to sharing knowledge, and from different backgrounds. Above all, they looked for good human beings. Success, for Kadá, is not measured by net worth.
Inspired by The Start-Up of You, Benjamin Franklin’s Junto, Midnight in Paris, and TED, Kadá began in 2012.
